Renovating a rural school with riders and a teacher

RAYAAM · Pass it on

Growing through respect.

United Riders Morocco’s education programme helps children build respect for themselves, for others and for the world around them.

The most lasting form of help is the one that prepares the future.

RAYAAM gives an educational dimension to the work of United Riders Morocco. It is intended for rural schools, care homes, boarding facilities and other organisations with which a lasting relationship can be built.

The aim is not to impose an outside method, but to support local education teams with tools, workshops and resources suited to their reality.

Respect for oneself. Respect for others. Respect for the world around us.

The RAYAAM pillars

01

Building the self

Confidence, dignity, responsibility and the ability to recognise one’s own worth.

02

Living together

Listening, solidarity, respect for difference and responsibility within the community.

03

Caring

Respect for the school, resources, the local area and our shared world.

04

Passing it on

Giving teachers and local leaders tools they can continue to use.

A carefully managed intervention

Every activity involving children is prepared with the organisation’s management, follows child-protection principles and avoids humiliating images or publication without proper permission. UR members work alongside qualified people and under appropriate supervision.

“Repairing a school answers today’s need.
Helping a child grow prepares tomorrow.”

Education partners

Bringing together skills, tools and presence.

RAYAAM can be supported by teachers, psychologists, educators, private schools, publishers, businesses and patrons who share the same commitment to respect.
